Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Sort and obtain customer booking data for entry by compiling and sorting the required information to be updated in the system.
• Work with stakeholders to standardize operating procedures, ensure and sustain system data quality.
• Prepare reports to internal stakeholders.
• Work with internal stakeholders to manage the implementation on new features and support within Asia Pacific Region.
• Create documentation and communication of projects

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 1-2 years work experience in freight forwarding industry is an advantage
• Independent & good communication skill
• Eager to learn and work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Word, Excel.  Experience in Power BI, Power Apps and CargoWise TMS is a plus
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui East
