Group Policy Administration (1 year contract)

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Perform routine administrative duties such as customer correspondence quality checking, sorting and mapping, duplicate policy checking and binding, return mail handling, filing.
• Assist in routine office administration for the team such as policy payment, printing, handle internal email and follow up with production support.
• Handle ad hoc work as necessary

About you

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience within the insurance industry preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese/Traditional Chinese) and English is required
• Good knowledge and experience with insurance policies and procedures.
• Good experience in MS Word & Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges.
