Reservations Agent (5-day work week)

• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

• 1 years' working experience in hotel industry, preferred in Reservations or Telephone Operator

• Knowledge of using Opera PMS is an advantage

• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Polished interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and customer-oriented

• Willing to work on shift

• Fresh graduate will be also considered
