Job Description:
- Provide all round administrative support such as handling phone call, clerical works and assist in organizing company activities
- Handle office administrative works including equipment, maintenance and procurement of office supplies
- Assist any ad hoc assignments as required
- More experience will be considered as Senior Administration Assistant
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated and responsible
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Working location : Kwun Tong / Kwai Chung
