Project Assistant

Our Group has been providing E&M engineering solutions and services, with a primary focus on Transportation Mission Critical System Solutions, in Hong Kong for over 40 years.

What you will:

• Support engineers in handling administrative issues throughout projects 
• Coordinate meetings, project status updates, audit, equipment purchasing 
• Provide clerical support including preparation of documents,  correspondences and reports, document control and other administrative works
• Prepare minutes, reports, track records 

What will make you success:

• Higher Diploma or above with 2 years working experiences
• Strong planning, organizing and coordination skills
• Undertake any ad-hoc task as assigned
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese 
• Immediately available is highly preferred
