We are looking for a committed person for our subsidiary, which is currently being reactivated as the headquarters for the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for someone who feels comfortable in an international environment and wants to broaden their horizons through new challenges.
Testo Asia Limited, founded in 1998 and based in Hong Kong, supports the subsidiaries in China, Japan, Korea, Australia, and India in implementing their penetration strategies and developing their markets.

Main Responsibilities
- Requires a deep understanding of food industry market dynamics, key products applications, and target group requirements.
- Ensure that the Asia-Pacific region achieves the Strategic Targets by defining and implementing a strategic plan for marketing food measurement solutions.
- Lead in strategic growth planning, identifying new growth opportunity and driving growth for targeted segments in cooperation with the Country Sales Organizations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Implementation of a data-driven market launch strategies in the countries.
- Implementation and coordination of the key account development process with defined food customers.
- Collaboration with key customers for business development and relationship management.
- Leading and mentoring sales and marketing teams in the Countries with KPIs to improve Performance and achieve Sales Targets.
- Monitoring of regional customer relationship management with focus on data accuracy in CRM and KPI reporting.
- Regular mapping of regional competitors and market price-based trend analysis.
- Regularly report on business unit performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Designing a regional pricing strategy and conducting market analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering or related disciplines and good understanding either on Food Retail or Food Restauration or Quick Service Restaurants or Food Production. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering sales excellence across a multi stakeholder regional team.
- At least 5 years' proven experience working as a business development manager in the Food Industry Market (eg. Food Retail or Food Restauration or Quick Service Restaurants or Food Production etc.)
- A strong regional food industry network including a clear understanding of the emerging trends and challenges for the food sector.
- Strong competencies in sales, marketing, project management, negotiation, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and listening skills.
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
