Sales Coordinator

Roles:

- Support sales team in daily documentational work

- Support in quotation, cost analysis and all sales related documents

- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and overseas factories to maintain smooth sales transaction

- Pricing management with various factories/ suppliers

- Prepare sales report, data, progression with regular updates

- Manage order processing after order closing by sales team

- Manage full set logistical work

Requirements:

- Diploma or above

- 1 year relevant experience

- Working experience in engineering firm is a benefit

- Good organization and communication skills preferrable

- Able to work under pressure
