Human Resources Assistant (Temporary; 2 months contract)

Duties:

Support daily HR operations, including but not limited to contracts and letters preparation, benefits administration, and staff record inputs and updates

Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities and support the selection process

Assist in organizing staff functions and activities

Perform regular system administration tasks

Participate in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
-
Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds and a passion for the HR field are welcome
-
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible
-
Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance is an advantage
-
Good command of Chinese word processing and MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Good command of written English and Chinese
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred
