Admin and Accountant

About the role

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this full-time Admin and Accountant role at The house group limited' offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the financial operations of a dynamic and growing organisation. Based in Tsuen Wan Tsuen Wan District, this position will be responsible for the company's financial accounting and reporting functions.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
• Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc projects and analysis as required

What we're looking for

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 1-3 years' post-qualification experience
• Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of financial reporting requirements
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently to tight deadlines

• Relevant experience in the Accounting industry, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting sub-sector
