Ingredient and Portion
1. 黑莓-1盒
2. 鮮榨青檸汁-1個
3. raspberry jam-30g
4. raspberry乳酪/原味乳酪-1杯
Method
1. 黑莓清淨~將所有材料..放入攪拌器完全拌勻
2. 倒入密實盒內..放冰箱雪3小時~取出用叉叉鬆
3. 放回冰箱~每隔3小時取出用叉叉鬆
4. 重覆以上步驟~直至雪葩不黏叉..有黏合效果即成
Tips
因應各雪櫃既冷凍速度~可自行調配重覆步驟次數
我一共叉鬆左2次及冷藏一晚已經ok
另外..甜度可因應個人口味調配
攪拌後可先試甜度..比正常再甜就可以
因為冷凍後甜度會減低
