咸香既炸蝦送酒一流

冷藏虎蝦 8隻
咸蛋黃 3隻
Seasoning
鹽 少許
酒 少許
生粉 3湯匙
Method
1.咸蛋黃蒸熟5分鐘壓碎
2.將蝦調味後再卜生粉, 炸/煎到8成熟
3.牛油起鑊再加入咸蛋黃慢火煮到溶後, 加入蝦轉大火炒到蝦熟
Tips
1.煮咸蛋黃必須要慢火, 唔係會好易燶
