一般湯丸餡料多為花生或芝麻,並以糖水煮成,變成高脂高糖小食,5粒花生湯丸已含408卡路里。以南瓜及馬蹄作餡的湯丸,纖維豐富之餘熱量又低。
Ingredient and Portion
糯米粉70克
南瓜(小)1/4個
馬蹄4粒
杏仁碎1湯匙
糖2茶匙
蜜糖1湯匙
Method
1. 糯米粉以適量溫水搓成粉糰。
2. 南瓜去皮切件,置於碗中,蓋上保鮮紙,用微波爐以高火加熱5分鐘,取出搓成茸。
3. 馬蹄去皮切幼粒,連同糖加入南瓜茸中搓勻備用。
4. 取出一小份粉糰,於掌心中壓平,於入1小匙南瓜餡料,包成湯丸。
5. 湯丸於滾水中煮至浮起,撈起隔去水份,置於碟上。
6. 掃上蜜糖及灑上杏仁碎即成。
Tips
做湯丸時避免放太多餡,以防煮的時候湯丸爆破。
