家裡的麵包吃不完的話也不用浪費,因為只要利用靚牛油、雞蛋、牛奶等材料,就可變成一道美味可口的甜品──麵包布甸,趁熱享用最可口。
Ingredient and Portion
大公司純牛油 適量
法式麵包 6片
雞蛋 80克
砂糖 20克
Spice Islands肉桂粉 1/8茶匙
牛奶 200克
雲呢拿油 1/8茶匙
提子乾 20克
Method
1. 將牛油塗抹在麵包片的兩面,放入焗爐,將麵包片兩面都烘脆。
2. 用打蛋器把雞蛋、砂糖及肉桂粉拌勻。
3. 加入牛奶及雲呢拿油拌勻。
4. 將已烘的麵包切成粒狀,鋪到適用於焗爐的容器內。
5. 將雞蛋混合物過篩,倒至麵包上,並浸30分鐘。
6. 再把提子乾撒到麵包上,然後放入已預熱至攝氏180度的焗爐內,坐水盤焗50分鐘即成。
