粟米粒 1湯匙
磨菇 4粒
芫荽 1棵

蛋調味:
鹽 1/2茶匙
古月粉 少許
麻油 少許
芡汁:
低糖豆漿 6安士
水 2安士
鹽 1/4茶匙
即食麥皮 4湯匙
Method
1. 蛋白發勻,過篩,加入豆漿、麥皮及調味,拌勻放深碟中,中火蒸約15分鐘或至蛋熟,保溫,待用。
2. 粟米粒及磨菇出水,磨菇切碎。
3. 芡汁煮滾後,加入粟米粒及磨菇碎,淋於蛋面,放上芫荽裝飾,即成。
