麵粉 60克
粟粉 40克
發粉 1/2茶匙
蛋 4隻(蛋白和蛋黃分開)
糖 3茶匙
鹽 2茶匙
沙拉油1湯匙
奶 2湯匙
瘦煙肉 100克(約3-4片,切碎)
洋葱 1/2個(切碎)
芝士 2塊(切小片)
葱、芫茜或紫菜隨意(切碎或小片)
Method
1. 煙肉用易潔鑊炒香(不用下油),倒去多餘的油後下洋葱炒香,盛起放在吸油紙上加入葱碎,待涼。
2. 蛋白加糖用打蛋機打至企身備用。
3. 蛋黃加鹽攪拌後加入油和奶打勻,再加入芝士碎、洋蔥拌勻。
4. 將已篩的所有粉類加入蛋糊中拌勻後加紫菜。
5. 將蛋白分次加入蛋黃糊中,由下至上輕手拌勻,避免消氣泡。
6. 將已涼的煙肉等加入麵糊內略為拌勻,倒入焗盤內入已開170℃爐焗35分鐘。

可加減或改用其他乾身的素菜、肉類或乾果。
