蛋白 2隻
鮮蝦 2隻
上湯 75毫升

芡汁:
上湯 少許
生粉水 少許
Method
1. 先將蛋白打勻,加入上湯,用中火蒸8分鐘。
2. 蝦仁略炒,加入少許上湯埋芡。
3. 放上已蒸好蛋白面即成。
Tips
可用保鮮紙蓋上蛋白面蒸,蛋白會比較滑一點。
