此甜品有補血作用,而且加入營養豐富的牛奶,是一款養顏佳品。
Ingredient and Portion
紅棗 12粒
黑糯米 半杯
杞子(浸軟) 2湯匙
水 5杯
鮮奶 半杯
糖 適量
Method
1. 红棗去核洗淨。
2. 黑糯米洗淨。
3. 燒滾5杯水,下紅棘、黑糯米,以慢火煮黑糯米至熟。
4. 下杞子滾15分鐘,再下鮮奶及糖煮滾,即可盛起。
