汁料: 水, 白醋2茶匙, 糖2茶匙, 鹽
Method
1. 豬排洗淨揼鬆切長條, 然後加調味料醃
2. 芒果一個切粒, 另一個壓成蓉
3. 先將豬排煎熟, 之後加入芒果蓉同汁料炒勻
4. 調味後加入芒果粒略炒即可
