香焗火腿蛋

透過不一樣的煮法,讓煎火腿與太陽蛋不再平凡﹗當那嬌嫩欲滴的蛋黃被叉子戳破後,那濃調的蛋液如膠似蜜般向四周擴散,對味蕾來說,最原始的誘惑莫過於此。
Ingredient and Portion
軟牛油 15克
鷄蛋 2隻
高脂厚奶油 2茶匙
煙火腿 80克(切片)
鮮磨黑椒 少量
Method
1. 將焗爐預熱至攝氏170。
2. 在耐熱小杯/碗內塗上牛油及打入生雞蛋。
3. 加入奶油及煙火腿。
4. 灑上黑椒作調味。
5. 把小杯放進焗爐焗約10分鐘即成。
