紹菜 一個(約1.5斤)
紅蘿蔔 1/2條
蔥 5條
嫩薑 1塊
大蒜 5粒
鹽 3湯匙
Seasoning
辣椒粉 5湯匙
糖 1湯匙
鹽 1湯匙
麻油 2湯匙
魚露 1湯匙
Method
1. 紹菜洗淨切大片,紅蘿蔔去皮切片,用3湯匙鹽搓揉,醃至菜葉變軟,然後用冷開水沖去鹽份,瀝乾後放盆內。
2. 加入蔥絲、嫩薑片、大蒜末,混和調味料拌勻。
3. 裝入容器中,置放三天即可食用。
Tips
為避免太酸,請放置冰箱中冷藏。
