乾瑤柱含糖蛋白,具破壞癌細胞生長的作用,還能增強人體免疫力,提高巨噬細胞的活性,清除體內發生癌變的細胞。而據研究發現,西蘭花及椰菜花等花菜類含多種類衍生物,能增加機體對致癌物質苯並芘和甲基苯的抵抗能力,因而具有抗癌功效。
Ingredient and Portion
(1人份)
西蘭花 1/2斤
椰菜花 1/2斤
原粒乾瑤柱 3粒
瘦肉 2両
鹽 適量
清水 4碗
Method
1. 將西蘭花及椰菜花洗淨後切細朵。
2. 將原粒乾瑤柱洗淨後,用兩碗清水浸泡20分鐘,撕細備用,浸乾瑤柱的水保留。
3. 瘦肉洗淨切薄片,汆水。
4. 將(2)與餘下的兩碗清水入鍋,再加入瘦肉同煮,10分鐘後,加入西蘭花及椰菜花,再煮5分鐘,加入適量的鹽調味便可。
