南瓜含豐富維他命A及乙型胡蘿蔔素,能有效預防感冒、眼睛乾燥及皮膚粗糙。每100克南瓜含3,100微克的乙型胡蘿蔔素,是一個成年女士每日約四成的需要。而南瓜亦含豐富膳食纖維,有助延緩小腸對糖的吸收速度,從而穩定血糖。
Ingredient and Portion
(2碗份量)
中型南瓜 1/2碗
脫脂奶 250毫升
蛋白 4隻
全蛋 2隻
代糖1/2茶匙
Method
1. 南瓜切條,蒸約15分鐘至軟身,待涼備用。
2. 將奶、蛋白及蛋拌勻,再加入南瓜及代糖略為攪拌。
3. 把奶液放入蒸碗,隔水中火蒸20-30分鐘即成。
