脫脂奶 250毫升
蛋白 4隻
全蛋 2隻
代糖1/2茶匙
Method
1. 南瓜切條,蒸約15分鐘至軟身,待涼備用。
2. 將奶、蛋白及蛋拌勻,再加入南瓜及代糖略為攪拌。
3. 把奶液放入蒸碗,隔水中火蒸20-30分鐘即成。
