夏日炎炎,紫薑及冰梅醬又時令又醒胃,而香囗的雞中翼是小朋友的至愛,所以係適合一家大細既家常小菜
Ingredient and Portion
紫薑 4両
雞中翼 10隻
Seasoning
冰糖 適量
蒜頭(拍碎) 4粒
冰梅醬 2湯匙
鹽 適量
水 約3湯匙
Method
1.先將雞中翼出水,抹乾,再用少油慢火煎香。
2.紫薑刮去皮,切片備用。開鑊,加油爆香蒜頭及紫薑,再落雞中翼略炒,
3.加入冰梅醬,冰糖,鹽,一同略炒,再加水待滾後,較最細火炆至收乾水。
Tips
1.雞中翼一定要煎至乾身,炆起來會更加入味
2.紫薑在端午後最為嫩身。
