在日本,醋是十分受歡迎的健康食品,有清腸之效,這個菜式適合怕油膩的我。
Ingredient and Portion
新鮮豬手2隻切大件
蔥頭/厚片薑/原粒蒜頭3小粒
白醋1/2 碗
白砂糖1/2 碗

Method
1. 豬手洗淨再飛水.
2. 以瓦煲爆原粒蔥頭,拍散的蒜頭及拍開的厚片薑, 放豬手略爆.
3. 加入白醋和白砂糖, 以大火燒開, 再半掩蓋轉文火炆半小時, 至豬手腍.


Tips
1. 豬手要到肉檔買新鮮的. 四人吃兩隻約1斤, 份量太少會很難炆.
2. 必定要請豬肉佬燒淨豬毛.
3. 想吃腍的豬手, 加長炆的時間便可.
