Ingredient and Portion
子薑 2斤
砂糖 1斤
白米醋 1斤(大支)
鹽 4湯匙
Method
1. 砂糖與白米醋一同倒入瓷煲內,然後開火煲沸至砂糖溶後,熄火攤凍待用。
2. 子薑削皮切薄片。
3. 用鹽將薑片醃十分鐘。
4. 用水冲淨薑片鹽份及搾乾水。
5. 將搾乾水之薑片放入玻璃容器內。
6. 倒入已攤凍之糖醋水,糖醋水要蓋過容器內之薑片。
7. 將已製成之薑片,原瓶放進雪櫃,翌日便可食用。
Tips
煲醋及盛載的器皿一定要用瓷器或玻璃。
