Ingredient and Portion
魷魚 1斤
意大利粗麥粉 4湯匙
Seasoning
粟粉 2湯匙
鹽及辣椒粉 少許
檸檬汁 少許
Method
1) 魷魚洗淨,清乾淨內臟、軟骨及墨囊,去掉外面的衣及墨魚嘴。
2) 將魷魚切成一條條或者一圈圈,鬚切開2-3份。
3) 瀝乾水份,加少許鹽調味。
4) 用一個保鮮袋,加入意大利粗麥粉同粟粉,以隨自己喜好加入調味料(例如辣椒粉/香草之類),然後拌勻。
5) 將醃好的魷魚放入袋內,要確保每一件魷魚都沾到粉和調味料,多餘的粉要拍走。
6) 將油加熱,然後逐少加入魷魚,炸至金黃色之後即可上碟。
7) 上碟後可加少少鹽上面,再加檸檬汁即可。
