豆漿或豆奶 1盒
魚膠粉 1/3包
糖 2茶匙
Method
1. 先把豆漿或豆奶及兩茶匙糖(嗜甜者可增多)用中小火加熱至有微微的白煙冒出後轉為細火
2. 慢慢把魚膠粉分批灑下,不停拌勻,直至完全溶解
3. 倒入碗中
4. 完成
