翠玉瓜2條
蟹柳5條
雞蛋白1隻
Seasoning
雞粉適量
Method
1. 將翠玉瓜洗淨切片。
2. 將蟹柳拆絲,先落油熱鑊,再將翠玉瓜落鑊炒數分鐘,再落雞蛋白及蟹柳,加少許雞粉略炒即成。

旦白落之前要落d生粉,監,雞粉,撈好先.

將蟹柳拆絲,先落油熱鑊????蟹柳整熱就食得啦,洗唔洗落先呀

一定要炒瓜先,落小小糖炒到你覺得夠稔就得,.想稔d就落小小水煮下佢.

再落旦白,一定要[漫鏟]記住係漫漫咁一下一下鏟佢,[如果係咁炒會出哂水,同散哂]


p.s.最好用易潔鑊,因為旦白好易痴底,同埋落多小小油,蛋旦好吸油~
