雞翼是一個不太有性格的食材,好像配什麼都不會錯,所以做法千變萬化,更是想偷懶時的好伙伴!
用蝦醬的想法一直沒有實踐,因為好想有點怪,怕會有一咬下去就會吃到一大舊蝦醬。這天加班回家,沒什麼時間買配料,唯有家中有什麼就用什麼,所以終於大膽試了。
醃的時候還在打量着要否把多餘的蝦醬抺掉才波,怎料之後什麼都忘了,哈哈!還好你看,看上去跟普通的炸雞翼沒兩樣吧?最重要的是吃下去味道是剛剛好,不會像一啖蝦醬吃進口中的感覺,加上一點點的辣味,大愛!

Ingredient and Portion
雞翼 6隻
Seasoning
蝦醬 1.5湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
辣椒乾 1隻
生粉 3湯匙
Method
1. 雞翼解凍
2. 調味料拌勻,再把抹乾身的雞翼放入,拌至毎隻雞翼都均匀地沾上醃料,放雪櫃醃半小時
3. 由雪櫃取出,放半小時,令雞翼變回室溫,避免出水
4. 雞翼兩面沾上生粉,放上煎碟,皮向下,噴油,用200度光波七分鐘
5. 然後反轉成皮向上,再噴油,用200度光波七分鐘
