天氣轉冷,不妨試試蘿蔔炆五花肉來暖暖胃,蘿蔔混合調味料,引出五花肉的鮮味,蔬菜肉類俱全,令你食指大動。
Ingredient and Portion
(一)蘿蔔一斤
(二)五花肉1/2 斤(切成三分厚塊)
(三)蔥四條(切段)
(四)薑三片(拍碎)
(五)熟油三湯羹(爆肉用)
(六)糖一湯羹(煮蘿蔔用)
Seasoning
(一)老抽二湯羹
(二)糖一湯羹
(三)紹酒一湯羹
Method
(一)蘿蔔刨皮切成菱形,用水兩杯,加糖一湯羹,將蘿蔔煮五分鐘,將糖水泌去,蘿蔔備用。

(二)油三湯羹燒熱,加入薑、蔥及五花肉爆香,即灒入紹酒一湯羹及加入老抽,繼續炒兩分鐘即加入水一杯半,用慢火煮半小時,加入糖一湯羹,即倒入蘿蔔再煮十五分鐘,嘗試五花肉及蘿蔔俱腍,即可上碟。
