薯仔粟米湯

因為用咗兩個薯仔煮個湯底,所以鐘意既人會覺得好濃好粉好足料,而怕肥既人又知道咁 {豐富} 於是就只會淺嘗。
Ingredient and Portion
小型薯仔 2個
粟米 1條(起粒)
水 1碗
鮮奶 1盒 (* 如想再濃滑啲可以改用淡忌廉)
Method
1. 先將薯仔去皮切細粒, 之後加 1 碗水同煲至腍,然後壓爛成粉狀。
2. 加入粟米粒、鮮奶、少量鹽調味,當煮至微滾即可。
