材料(一碗份量)

鮮奶100ml
砂糖1 茶匙
新鮮薑汁1 茶匙
Method
1. 先把薑刨成茸再渣汁, 用篩隔清後放於碗中備用
2. 慢火把奶加糖煲熱, 見煲邊有小氣泡及白煙就可熄火
3. 撞奶前先把碗中的薑汁攪拌數下, 即可將奶沿碗邊沖下, 待4-5分鍾後即可食用.
