薏米 200g
大米 100g
Seasoning
冰糖 2片
果皮 2片
Method
1. 紅豆浸2個鐘水備用
2. 薏米浸1個鐘水備用
3. 大米浸半個鐘水備用
4. 煲滾水就放紅豆先,煲大約半個小時,再放其他所有材料,煲到所有料都軟身便可。
Tips
1. 唔夠甜可以落多少少冰糖
2. 煲紅豆先,因為佢需時最耐,要等佢爆開先落其他材料
