新鮮藍青口,鮮甜無比。加入新鮮蕃茄同炒,更加令人食指大動!
Ingredient and Portion
藍青口 20隻 (洗淨外殼)
蒜茸 4-5粒
蕃茄 1 隻 (如細蕃茄用2隻)
白酒 少許
海鹽 少許
糖 少許
Method
1. 蕃茄切粒備用
2. 起鑊落油先爆香蒜茸
3. 加蕃茄再炒一會
4. 加新鮮藍青口炒匀
5. 至藍青口微開,加白酒、糖、海鹽 (如是新鮮藍青口,可不加海鹽)
6. 焗1-2分鐘至藍青口全開
7. 完成
Tips
海鮮切忌太熟,否則鮮味盡失
