茄汁配豆豉. 估唔到效果又ok 喎 !
酸酸甜甜亦係夏天開胃之選
Ingredient and Portion
雞翼 12隻
豆豉 1湯匙(改用黑豆豉也可)
蒜茸 1湯匙
紅辣椒 2隻
蔥花 1湯匙
Seasoning
番茄醬 2湯匙
米酒 1湯匙
糖 1湯匙
生抽 半湯匙
Method
1.雞翼洗淨,用胡椒粉,生抽,糖鹽醃10分鐘.調味調勻備用.辣椒切丁
2.把雞翼煎至金黃(炸也可以)
3.起油鍋,放入黑豆豉.蒜茸,紅辣椒和蔥花炒香,雞翼放入一起炒,再淋上所有調味,加少少水兜勻即成
