蜆 1斤
白胡椒粒 2/3杯(如不愛辣可減少)
金不換 1紥
雞湯 1碗
玫瑰露酒 少許
Seasoning
糖 少許
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1.蜆汆水后用冷開水沖洗備用
2.以白鑊烘白胡椒至出味
3.於鑊內加入玫瑰露酒,白胡椒粒及蜆,炒2分鐘,下雞湯及調味料煮滾
4.熄火,下金不換焗5分鐘
Tips
蜆汆水後用水沖洗可以去除沙和污穢物, 蜆湯可以安全飲用.
