鴨舌 半磅
薑 數片
蔥 數棵
Seasoning
老抽 適量
冰糖 適量
水(水與老抽比例2:1)
麻油 數滴
Method
1. 將鴨舌洗淨後飛水備用。(薑蔥水)
2. 用幾片薑起鑊,加入鴨舌略炒。
3. 加入調味料,滾起後轉中慢火,煮至剩下少量汁料。
4. 加入麻油後上碟。
Tips
如想做冷盤,可待涼後放入雪櫃,進食前才加麻油撈勻。
