湯水最重視用料的配搭,這味羅漢黃耳湯就能做到這一點。清熱消暑,縱使在夏日炎炎的日子,也不會被這味熱湯嚇退。
Ingredient and Portion
(一)金錢菇仔五錢
(二)黃耳六錢
(三)白蘿蔔十兩
(四)陳皮一小片浸透
(五)羅漢果1/4 個
Seasoning
(一)糖一湯羹
(二)粗鹽二茶匙
(三)冬菇水四杯
(四)油一湯羹
Method
(一)黃耳發透水。冬菇仔浸透洗淨。

(二)白蘿蔔批成馬蹄形,用水二杯、糖一湯羹出水。

(三)用油起鑊爆香黃耳,然後置於燉盅內加入冬菇陳皮、蘿蔔、冬菇水及調味,燉二小時。
