(一)糖一湯羹
(二)粗鹽二茶匙
(三)冬菇水四杯
(四)油一湯羹
Method
(一)黃耳發透水。冬菇仔浸透洗淨。
(二)白蘿蔔批成馬蹄形,用水二杯、糖一湯羹出水。
(三)用油起鑊爆香黃耳,然後置於燉盅內加入冬菇陳皮、蘿蔔、冬菇水及調味,燉二小時。
