繽紛松子

這個食譜簡單易做, 3色燈籠椒色彩繽紛, 洋蔥既香味, 再加上松子仁, 在夏天定能引起食欲.
Ingredient and Portion
松子仁 2兩 (可隨個人喜好略加)
3色燈籠椒 各半個
洋蔥 1/4個
蒜頭 少量
Seasoning
雞粉 1/2茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙(令到燈籠椒保持青綠)
鹽 1/4茶匙(帶出食物味道)
植物油 1茶匙
Method
1.先將蒜頭切成蒜泥,3色燈籠椒和洋蔥切粒,松子仁以小火乾鑊炒至金黃色備用.
2.在已加熱的鑊上加入植物油,並依次序加入蒜頭,洋蔥及3色椒略炒拌.
3.當3色椒轉色時, 加入其它調味料就可以上碟.
5.最後將松子仁放上面即成
Tips
1.松子仁必需以白鑊炒至金黃色,不要以油炸,因為這樣會令到整個餸菜變得很油膩.
