Ingredient and Portion
(1人份)
厚切方包 1片(1磅切6片的)
或
長法包(每片切8至10毫米)3片
Seasoning
牛油 + 鹽(1湯匙牛油對1/4茶匙鹽)
煉奶 + 白砂糖(2湯匙煉奶對1/2湯匙白砂糖)
*每人所需份量不同,請自行按比例調較
Method
1. 調勻牛油+鹽=鹽牛油
2. 調勻煉奶+白砂糖=砂糖煉奶
3. 方包/法包放入已預熱的焗爐用攝氏150度每面焗5至6分鐘,要乾身脆口需焗8至9分鐘。
4. 取出方包/法包,塗滿鹽牛油。(不用太厚,塗滿就可以)然後塗滿砂糖練奶(要厚厚地塗滿,太薄沒效果的)
5. 放回預熱了的焗爐用攝氏150度焗12分鐘即可。
Tips
1. 冷吃宜用法包,熱吃兩者皆宜。
2. 示範用的方包是1磅4片的,因為給小朋友即吃,想有軟綿綿的感覺,所以只焗了8分鐘。
3. 多次嘗試,自行調節才可做出適合自已的口味。
