(一)布包豆腐三塊
(二)金針切碎半湯羹
(三)木耳浸透切碎半湯羹
(四)榨菜切碎一湯羹
(五)馬蹄三粒切碎
(六)生粉四至五湯羹
(七)熟油煎肉餅用
Seasoning
(一)鹽1/4 茶匙
(二)腐乳兩磚
(三)糖1/2 茶匙
(四)冬菇水四湯羹
(五)麻油1/8 茶匙
Method
(一)豆腐與其他切碎材料同拌勻,豆腐要攪爛,加入生粉,再將調味料加入,攪勻後備用。
(二)將豆腐料做成肉餅大小,隨即加油在鑊內,將豆腐料煎至兩邊金黃色,即可上碟。
