豆腐 半磚
粟米粒 3湯匙
雞蛋 1隻

鹽 1茶匙
黑胡椒碎 少許
生粉 2湯匙
水 2湯匙
Method
1. 先把鯪魚肉、豆腐、粟米粒、雞蛋及調味料攪勻。
2. 將鯪魚肉平均分為4等份,搓成魚餅,將兩面煎至金黃色即成。
