皂角米含有植物膠源,既可延緩消化速度,又具增加皮膚彈性之效,加上清甜的味道,故有植物燕窩之稱。此糖水屬低蛋白、低脂肪及低糖食物,具有鞍肝、滋腎、健脾、清肝明目、潤肺止咳、祛痰開竅、潤腸通便、潤膚善顏、提神補氣等功效。

皂角米 10克
紅棗 20粒
龍眼 約30-40粒
水 適量
Seasoning
冰糖 適量
Method
1. 紅棗連同發過的皂角米,以大火煮開,再以小火煲約25分鐘。
2. 隨後加入龍眼,最後加入冰糖同煲5至10分鐘即可。
Tips
1. 晚上睡覺前把皂角米洗净,用冷水浸泡起來。
2. 注意的是別煮糊掉。
