糯米粉 1杯
栗子 4粒
花生碎 1湯匙
溫水 適量
蜜糖 1湯匙
Method
1. 糯米粉置於深碗內,加入少量溫水搓成粉糰。
2. 若粉糰太乾,可再加入少量溫水繼續搓至粉糰不太乾亦不太黏手為準。繼續搓揉粉糰約5-10分鐘。
3. 栗子蒸熟後壓成茸,混入花生碎成餡料。
4. 取一小份粉糰,搓成球狀,略為壓扁,將少許餡料置於中間,包起粉糰搓成湯丸。
5. 於沸水中煮至浮起,取出隔去水份,再淋上蜜糖即可。
