夏天吃的冰冰涼涼小點心
Ingredient and Portion
愛玉子 1包(20g)
礦泉水 1瓶(1500cc)
Seasoning
可飲用的玫瑰純露 4瓶蓋
檸檬馬鞭草 5g
薄荷葉 5g
Method
1.準備一個不鏽鋼鍋子或大碗把冷的礦泉水及玫瑰純露倒入鍋裡
2.把愛玉子放到紗布袋,在鍋裡搓揉約6-7分鐘,紗布袋會慢慢有凝膠狀物產生,把這些膠狀物盡量擠到冷水裡,直至鍋內冷水產生黏濁狀態,把這鍋放在於冰箱冷藏20分鐘
3.拿另外一個小鍋煮/泡糖水(甜度依個人喜好調較),把馬鞭草跟薄荷葉也丟進糖水泡一下後放涼
4.把雪凍了的愛玉切碎,或用湯匙挖成小塊,加入糖水跟冰塊即成
Tips
1.不加熱不可以用過濾水,或蒸餾水純水,因為這樣愛玉會沒法凝固2.喜歡其他香味的話可用其他純露代替
3.可用蜂蜜水代替糖水
4.愛玉做完最好要3-4天內吃完,放久了可是會化水
