火雞片和車打芝士都是有助預防乳癌的食物。如時間不夠,可將烙餅改為紫菜,改製成手卷,一樣美味有「營」。
Ingredient and Portion
(2人份量)
低脂火雞片 4片
墨西哥烙餅 2片
低脂車打芝士 2片
牛油果(切粒)1個
紫椰菜(切絲)1/2杯
Seasoning
黑胡椒 少許
Method
1. 火雞片及車打芝士切條。
2. 所有餡料分成2份,鋪於烙餅上,灑上黑胡椒調味。
3. 把烙餅摺成半圓,放於白鑊以慢火烤至芝士融化。將每件烙餅切開3件即成。
