法式千層芒果薄餅蛋糕

做式簡單但看上去很華麗的一個蛋糕!家中沒有焗爐也可以做,但要花點心思。喜歡吃芒果的朋友一定喜歡!換上其他水果例如士多啤梨都可以,有很多變花呢!
Ingredient and Portion
(6吋蛋糕份量)
薄餅 約8-10片
低筋麵粉 120g
牛奶 130g
水 130g
砂糖 20g
牛油(溶液) 15g
蛋 1隻

其他材料:
甜忌廉/淡忌廉(打起) 200g
芒果(切粒) 2-3個
Method
1.蛋打入碗中加砂糖用打勻,再加入牛油和牛奶
2.麵粉篩過加入,再慢慢加水,拌至沒有粉粒
3.粉漿用保鮮紙包好放入雪櫃雪一小時
4.在煎鑊上塗上油,用慢火煎熟薄餅,放涼
5.將薄餅舖好,塗上忌廉及芒果粒狀
6.雪凍即可食用
Tips
1.煎薄餅時要有耐性,每次粉漿不可以太厚
2.喜歡吃芒果的朋友可以在蛋糕面上放上芒果粒做裝飾
