淡忌廉 0.5量杯
清水 3量杯
砂糖 100-120克
冰粒 2量杯
Method
1.先把西施柚的皮去掉,然後按柚子肉的紋理,剝成一粒粒的果肉。
2.芒果去皮留肉,用攪拌機攪成芒果汁,加入檸檬汁拌勻。
3.西米浸5分鐘,並隔去水分。
4.西米與清水煮至透明,加入糖水煮溶,冲入冰粒中,成為冰糖水,待用。
5.把所有材料拌勻便可食用。
