桃製菠蘿烤煙肉腸磨菇扒

大蘑菇有各種人體需要的Amino Acid營養,配以菠蘿,蜜桃和煙肉腸,伴碟成主題公園卡通人物一樣上碟,小朋友一定喜歡吃。沙律菜等等在夏天炎熱天氣之下吃份外開胃舒服。

大磨菇 2只
煙肉腸 2條
罐頭蜜桃 1罐
罐頭蜜桃 1罐
番茄 1個
洋蔥 半個
沙律菜 適量
Seasoning
鹽 少許
黑椒碎 1茶匙
香草 1茶匙
茄汁 1.5湯匙
糖 1茶匙
蒜頭碎 1茶匙
乾蔥碎 1茶匙
薑粒 1茶匙
麻油 少許
水 1湯匙
Method
1.大磨菇洗淨後抹乾水份,灑少許鹽及黑胡椒碎及香草,再均勻塗上橄欖油備用
2.洋蔥、番茄、煙肉腸、兩片菠蘿、兩片蜜桃切粒備用
3.將蒜頭碎、乾蔥碎、薑粒、洋蔥粒爆香,然後放入煙肉腸略炒,再加番茄粒,茄汁、糖、灑上水及少許麻油,水份收乾後再加入菠蘿粒及蜜桃粒略炒,然後剩起。
4.將剩起的材料放在大磨菇上,然後放入已預熱180度的焗爐內焗12-15分鐘
5.磨菇扒上碟,沙律菜、蜜桃塊及菠蘿塊伴碟即成。
