杏仁藍莓鬆餅含抗氧化花青素,維持雙目明亮健康。當中的藍莓能維護眼睛健康,預防視力受損。
Ingredient and Portion
牛油 3茶匙
代糖 1/4杯
雞蛋 1隻
自發粉 1杯
梳打粉 1茶匙
低脂藍莓乳酪 1杯
藍莓 50克
杏仁碎 1茶匙
Method
1. 將焗爐預熱至180˚C。
2. 將牛油用打蛋器以中速打至軟身,慢慢加入代糖,打至白色軟身忌廉狀,蛋打勻分小份加入,繼續打2分鐘至忌廉狀。
3. 篩勻自發粉及梳打粉,分兩次拌入〔2〕中。
4. 加入乳酪攪拌至完全均勻。
5. 最後加入藍莓和杏仁碎拌勻。
6. 將麵糊平均注入鬆餅盤中,放入焗爐焗20-25分鐘即成。
